All my friends, this time I will share some pictures of very rare and very unique insects. Well, the insect I mean is an insect that lives in the ground, he is often called Undur-undur. In Acehnese his name is Keurok-rok. These insects have some strange and unique features that other insects do not have. He has a different place to live with other insects, namely a semicircular hole in the dusty or sandy ground.
What distinguishes this insect from others is that when it walks backwards, in general, insects walk forward. Those are the 2 main differences between this insect and the others.

At home I rarely find this insect for now, but I saw it often in the past when I was a child. Now he is almost extinct, the reason he lives in ancient times is because people built traditional houses such as the traditional Acehnese house which has many pillars. Under the house has a dusty dirt floor, so it will be a place to live for these insects. In fact, today's homes have cement and tile floors, so insects living on dry, dusty soil will have a hard time finding a place to live.

Well, do you know where I got this insect from?, I found it in a hut on the coast of Bireuen Term. At that time my family and I were on vacation there. Then I saw in the sand under the hut there was this insect house. My nephew picked up the bug and showed it to me. The following are photos of insects called Undur-Udur or Myrmeleontidae
