Hi @adeljose and I welcome everyone to the Monday talk channel. The topic is quite interesting and probably this is a question that newcomers may ask themselves.
In general we are saying that this is decentralized system and we can blog about anything we want. But on other hand there are few things that we should bare in mind:
- we should not be abusive to others but be polite and respectful
- should not post plagiarism and steal the property of others in order to benefit from that
- should not abuse the system with creating multiple account
- should not "milk" Steem that is also one of the new word that I learned recently, when people commenting many times and self-upvoting their own comments with 100% in order to get rewards
- should not spam others only to irritate others
- should not down vote without any good reason but if down voting then leave a comment why
In my opinion these are the main things that I would advise to avoid on Steem if a user want to be successful.

Your intervention was very successful, I am glad you can show us your considerations regarding this issue.
The Downvotes are a topic that thank God has been controlled in this new era of Steemit.
The creation of multiple accounts is also harmful to the platform, unless all those accounts that have been created are worked on 100%.
