Holiday Diary: Day on the beach and sunset on Ameland

Sunset on Ameland

The day today started quite hot, sun and almost no clouds. First of all we put on sun creme as being under direct sun we already became sun tanned and today the forecast predicted over +28C. Packed couple of bottles of water and were ready for trip. That is why early morning we decided to visit a beach, of course riding bikes. The trip was not too long but it was quite hot and many people were on the way too.

Here are few photos from sandy dunes, the sand is so fine and almost white, the sea was quite too, not much waves even seagulls were resting on sandbank and some on water.

In my post yesterday I mentioned that we were going to watch sunset and it was nice warm day. That was probably a reason why many people decided to go to beach. But @myskye said that every evening beach is filling up because there are many people who watch sunset. The fact that some people come for couple of days bring new tourists at the end of the day to beach.
