Easy Salads: potato salad and vegetable salad
Hello dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to share with you my quick light lunch. It is hot in Europe, but luckily in our area the temperature is not too hot, it is around 20-22C, which is perfect for being and working inside and outside. Still because we are so busy I thought to do something quick without spending hours in kitchen and waiting for hours till the food is ready.
I decided to do two salad and also we had some chicken and Balkan sausages.

This is one of the easiest salad and you do not need many products for that:
- couple of tomatoes
- a half of cucumber
- one red pepper
- a half of small onion
- two table spoon of cream cheese
- and a bit of salt
After everything is in a bowl, then mix it and put in fridge for few hours, I did it int eh morning by 2Pm it was perfect to eat.

What you need for that:
- 4 eggs
- 4 salad potatoes
- pickled cucumber also about 4 medium sizes
- chicken sausages appr. 250 mg
- mayonnaise, I prefer to use from "Heinz"
This is another salad that you can prepare quickly, I usually take 4 eggs and about 4 potatoes, put them all in one pot add cold water bring to boiling and cook for 10 min.
When eggs and potatoes are ready, all the ingredients will be cut into cubes and added into bowl, add Mayonnaise and mix thoroughly, the salad is ready. That one is also needs to be cooled in fridge for at least 4 hours.
The lunch is ready and it was very delicious :)
Looks delicious. We put olives, carrots, and celery as well in our potato salad. I like a dash of vinegar in both salads. Still looks delicious.
Yes, I often put carrots but his time we did not have, olives and celery never tried, but sounds good, maybe next time, we often prepare them for grilled meat too :)
