Chasing a BPM instead of a time: This was not possible before I had my Garmin
written by @normie.fitness
In the past I would always have various ways of attempting to tweak my workouts. Since technology was either non-existent or very unreliable with Strava making very strange mistakes including having me magically run 18 km in a few seconds due to a network glitch, I had to resort to more archaic methods or measuring my progress.
Some more Cormorant plus Turtles
written by @gduran
I went back to this place on Saturday, and there was this cormorant again. Now, I am not sure it is the same one I photographed a week ago, but it sure looks like him. Only this time it was sitting or standing on some rocks and he had a few of turtles for company.
Meet Up Bolívar 2024...
written by @karianaporras
As part of the organization I had to bring the memories, the water, the stationery, that I will not have anything left and since I knew that I would not have time for anything I invited my niece pajaritaporras so that my photographer would be like this, the photos and video would be in full development, We were the first to arrive and then they got closer little by little and we located where the activity would be an outdoor space and another with a roof in case of rain.
My real life laughs and giggles: my first and only flight experience.
written by @sbamsoneu
I traveled to Abuja by bus all the way from Port Harcourt for a cousin’s wedding. The journey was really stressful. It took us 13 hours to reach our destination. In between the journey, we had to take a 30-minute break to eat. I stayed in Abuja for about 2 weeks. I was now thinking of the long-distance journey I would have to go through again, sitting in a tight spot for another 13 hours. My kid sister decided to surprise me by booking a flight for me. I was really excited because it was my first time.
Summer in garden: garden furniture a new look
written by @stef1
We continue our summer holiday and for about a week, we have both sunny days but also some rain. It is not cold and not a lot of rain, so that we are able to get some walks and to spend some time in garden enjoying cup of coffee with some cakes.
Hope you enjoyed today's content selections!
Until next time...
