When we talk about racism we always mention it should not be there. Yes it shouldn't be. But, we don't discuss about the root cause too often. It originates from the concept of similarity. People likes to be with someone who is similar to them. But the consideration of the similarity should be at the level of mind and thoughts —not in the physical appearances.

Why I've Choosen This Name For My Sketch

I've choosen this name because it is the most common statement used by a racist while discriminating to a black person. Racism has different kinds though — colour discrimination is the most popular type. People with same body colour but being an ethnic minority are often discriminated by some ethnocentric people of that country. Bangal Bengalis are discriminated repeatedly by Ghoti Bengalis in West Bengal state and Mexicans in America.

Explanation of My Sketch

It is literally impossible to insert a complete man inside a western styled toilet but the black man is almost inside it. I thought and used this concept or visualization, whatever you say, to symbolise extreme submission to that black man.

• The man orders the black guy to stay inside the toilet to show a dominance.
• The dominating attitude and self satisfaction is represented by his gesture and posture.
• The black man argues by saying that he is a human.
• That black man is naked. This concept is also used as a symbol of submission.
• The bathroom floor is drawn as a chess board to compare them with White King and Black King and the White King is winning the game thinking it is Check Mate.
• NO! The Black king is not 'Check Mate' because the game is unrealistic. It is symbolised by the odd number of blocks on the floor.
• The word racism is written on a white board. It can be erased complitly.
• The white board is the Human Socity and racism is writen on it. If we want We can easily erase that forever.

Conclusion

I would like to say –

• Treat Human as a human.
• Stsy together.
• Don't judge a person by his race.
