I believe everyone who is curating the posts, no matter from the role should be cautious about it. This is not our official job and we all do support our community members on voluntary basis alongside with our real jobs in our life. For example,last 3 nights I am working 12,5 hours in acute hospital because of sickness absences. It is like everywhere the good enterprise will work if the leaders of it show that their care about their simple members and not give them any reason to leave the platform because there are alternative ones.
