To all the Stemians, I send you a special greeting. I thank the friend @mister-omortson and the community # WorldOfXPILAR, for this delicious and wonderful initiative.

Hoy preparé un delicioso almuerzo, ligero pero muy nutritivo. El pollo lo despresé y lo condimenté, mientras se sancochaban las vainitas. Luego corté 2 ajíes dulce, ½ cebolla, 2 ramitas de cebollín y orégano al gusto. Después de sofreír el ají, la cebolla y el orégano. Le agregué el pollo hasta que quedara doradito. Cuando ya iba a estar listo, le agregué el cebollín. Tiempo de cocción aproximado de 15 minutos.

Today I prepared a delicious lunch, light but very nutritious. The chicken was removed and seasoned, while the green beans were parboiled. Then I cut 2 sweet peppers, ½ onion, 2 sprigs of chives and oregano to taste. After frying the chili, onion and oregano. I added the chicken until it was golden brown. When it was going to be ready, I added the chives. Approximate cooking time of 15 minutes.

Para la Presentación Final, tomé unas hojas de repollo y le coloqué tomate cortados en julianas, a un lado las vainitas y el pollo bañado en su salsa.

For the Final Presentation, I took some cabbage leaves and put tomato cut into julienne, on one side the green beans and the chicken bathed in their sauce.
