winter slow retreat
We still have a plenty of snow and everything is frozen, but... the color of the sky has it the Spring is already around, the sun shines all the time, the buds swell, the birds sing loudly and rejoice, nature is preparing to wake up.
So, this is the Spring. We just have it like that.
Now I not only borrow camera with me on a daily basis, but I start shooting again --
...thought for now it isnt too much, just the melting snow, and the dirt on the streets xD
There are literally mountains of icy dirt that have accumulated during the wintertime on the streets and roadsides. Rubbish and dirt cant look pretty...or can they? For me, there is some charm in these melting, crumbling crystal palaces. In any case, the task of making a pleasurable captured of this stuff is a challenge for me.

it might become a problem for a kid, but parents can do it, well, say 3 minutes to dress and 2 for undress?..
the time for doing this several times per day isnt a problem at all!.. suffering the cold is. especially when you have a long walk, instead of 20 min from home to the buss station or tube.
and the folks who work outdoors (say, sellers at the counter at a market, policemen, janitor etc) -- they really have to bother about a good dress, they can wear all day long and not become freezed
you have no season changes and that maybe a bit 'a loss', but you have the sea, coral reefs, and a great biodivercity -- in my opinion this is far better xD
