Saperavi (Саперави)

I am inspired by the story @mister-omortson
I support his idea with a glass of good Georgian wine. Georgia is a country in the south of the USSR, not a state in the USA ;)
Wine has always been made here (There is an idea that is already 6000 years old ).
Many varieties of Georgian wines are wonderful.
Today we are drinking Saperavi (საფერავი) "Berika". This is a young but very “adult” wine: it has an intricate taste, light and pleasant. It can be drunk to quench your thirst. And during a light lunch.

Saperavi grapes spets late in the frost. The wine is rich in tannins and velvety.

The color is clear with a purple tint. Very beautiful.
It is good to open the bottle 0.5 hours before. So that it "breathes". Its taste becomes harsher and more diverse.

I put a ring on the top of the box so that not a drop of wine would spoil the label. Wines do not cost much (about US$ 8), but I do not like drops.

По-русски.
Для меня , грузинское вино - шаг особой смелости. И дело даже не в "рискованной" ценовой категории.
Но тут , честно - не пожалел.
Для тёплого летнего полдня и не слишком тяжёлой закуски - вполне адекватное столовое вино с необременительным вкусом. Петь песни и плясать лезгинку я конечно не стал. Но остаток дня провёл под приятным впечталением.
А ещё, благодаря посту @mister-omortson я узнал что на Steemit есть @boddhisattva
