The Vatican City is one of the smallest countries in the world in terms of area and in terms of number of people living there. This is the place where the Pope lives, he is the head of the Roman Catholic Church. If we visit Rome, then Vatican city cannot be missed. It feels like it's a part of Rome. There are no boundaries to this place which would make it look like another country, which has some or the other kind of boundaries to separate the 2 countries. The area of this place is 0.49 square kilometers and just around 1000 people population this place has. Needless to say, that most of them who live here are people of power and influence in the structure.

It is one of the holiest places and a center of pilgrimage for the Catholics. It takes nothing less than a day to visit this place. It's huge and if you really want to see it properly you need one full day.
