Продолжу делиться кулинарными впечатлениями от ресторана Tutta La Vitta, где недавно мы отмечали сразу два дня рождения моих подруг.
Итак сезонное блюдо: корюшка в ореховой панировке с айоли. Айоли пришлось гуглить, это соус. :)
Рыбка очень вкусная, отлично к ней подходит и такая панировка и соус.
