My guess is that in this riddle is Jackie Chan's film Armour of God II: Operation Condor (Fei ying gai wak). The action takes place in the desert (Keffiyeh and a camel), the heroes are looking for the base of the German Nazis since the 2nd World War (black and white photo). In one of the female roles, Eva Cobo (magazine cover). There is the spectacular chase scene with the motorcycle.
