Hello all ...
This time I want to participate again in the 20th macro photography contest held by Mod WORLD OF XPILAR @sultan-aceh and supported directly by @xpilar.

Today I want to post a photo of an insect that I found in the forests of Aceh, Indonesia. The name of this insect is the Long Horn Beetle.

This type of beetle has antennae that are usually longer than its own body. However, some members of this family have quite short antennae.

Some of these beetle species are pests for farmers, because the larvae of these species drill into wood and can cause damage to trees or untreated wood. Some species are clearly visible, such as ants, bees, and wasps, although the majority of species belonging to this tribe are the same color.

The long-horned beetle that I found is black. When I approached this beetle, I was a little scared because I didn't really recognize this type of beetle. And I took the time to take a photo of the long-horned beetle. When taking photos, this beetle does not move an inch and just stands still.
