Ver esta hermosa imagen me hizo recordar un dicho muy conocido que dice "La fe mueve montañas”, realmente ante esa majestuosidad que representan las montañas, esa firmeza y estabilidad es difícil pensar que una premisa intangible como la Fe las pueda mover ¿no es así?

Seeing this beautiful image made me remember a well known saying that says "Faith moves mountains", really before that majesty that mountains represent, that firmness and stability it is difficult to think that an intangible premise like Faith can move them, isn't it?

Sin embargo, creo que más allá de entrar en esa discusión de si es posible o no, lo verdaderamente significativo es lo que está detrás de esa frase y lo que podamos creer sobre la Fe.

However, I believe that beyond entering into that discussion of whether or not it is possible, what is truly significant is what is behind that phrase and what we can believe about Faith.

Tener Fe significa poseer la certeza de que algo va a ocurrir, de que hay algo superior que vela por nosotros, es depositar toda nuestra confianza en ese Ser Superior en el que creemos y al mismo tiempo en nosotros mismos, eso para mí es la Fe.

To have Faith means to possess the certainty that something is going to happen, that there is something superior that is watching over us, it is to deposit all our confidence in that Superior Being in whom we believe and at the same time in ourselves, that for me is Faith.

La fe es una fuerte convicción que nos lleva a estar confiados y creer en que se pueden alcanzar aquellas cosas o deseos que parecen estar fuera de lo que dicta la lógica o la razón. Creo firmemente, que cuando estás arraigado en esa Fe las cosas ocurren mágicamente, todo el Universo confabula como diría Paulo Coelho para ayudarte a que eso que anhelas ocurra.

Faith is a strong conviction that leads us to be confident and believe that those things or desires that seem to be outside the dictates of logic or reason can be achieved. I firmly believe that when you are rooted in that Faith things magically happen, the whole Universe conspires as Paulo Coelho would say to help you make that which you long for happen.

Esa imagen de las montañas me recuerda eso justamente, lo importante que es estar fortalecidos en nuestra Fe para lograr hasta lo inalcanzable.

That image of the mountains reminds me of just that, how important it is to be strengthened in our Faith to achieve the unattainable.

Mi abuela entre sus tantas historias, siempre terminaba con esa frase que me ayudaba a entender que debía seguir, así la montaña me asustara, comparando la montaña con cualquier realidad que encontrara a mi paso. Todo puede parecer perdido, pero debes continuar, esa voz retumba en mis oídos ante cualquier suceso imprevisto.

My grandmother, among her many stories, always ended with that phrase that helped me understand that I should continue, even if the mountain scared me, comparing the mountain with any reality that I found in my path.
