Happy Halloween to all you ghost like creatures here on Steemit, today is Oct 31 so its Halloween.
Our 2 kids went trick or treating a couple of times when they were younger but lost interest, they are happy answering the door and handing out candy/lollies - while eating a few as well.
For this years Halloween i am breaking out the Chicken Costume so when the door is being answered i can be clucking around the place ๐๐๐
I got it down from the roof space just before to check everything was still there and in tact, it was so lookout the neighbor's kids tonight....
you gonna meet the Chicken!
Actually it may be a cross with Batman as i found this Bat cape in with the chicken costume so its meant to be.
Gloves yes feet yes

As for what my kids will be handing out here is what i just got down at the Warehouse and supermarket this morning, cost around $15 NZD for all of this.

So apart from Halloween we are having a BBQ tonight with some Lamb Chops and Chicken Kebabs, the kids will have sausages and we will have salad etc with it - nice and easy!

Right its a lovely day here so i plan to go for a quick 30 minute walk which will be my third of the morning, have you been for walkies today????

Happy Halloween!
Over here we don't do Trick or Treats. Here, its businesses cashing in on the event, especially the clubs giving the adults a chance to dress up and get drunk.
Happy Halloween to you as well, yeah pretty much the same here commercial as.
We had about 8 groups of kids last night, all were very respectful with their manners.
Have a fun and bright Halloween. I think your costume will do wonders at this celebration, for your children you are an example of how to observe festive etiquette and raise a positive mood. Barbecue with chops and kebabs is a good continuation of the festive mood. Thank you very much for your holiday post and your attention.
