I calm down when I see the waves, it is a therapy to alleviate degrees of anxiety (it works for me), only with an image you can fly -or swim- to any space. See the image carefully and dare to go into it, it is a shallow water, you can feel the sand on your feet, the soft current that serves as a kind of caress does not make you wobble, rather you want to lie down and feel completely the warmth of the water in you.

But you don't, you want to keep walking -almost levitating- to the bottom, there where that small green promontory is, you are full of curiosity, you can't determine (because of the distance) if they are algae or a land protrusion that serves as a reference for those who go into this lake.

There is a strong wind that suddenly appears, and makes you stop, close your eyes and perceive the delicate blow of the breeze, activate your other senses with the closing of your eyes. Your smell manages to perceive the smell of the vegetation right in front of you, you hadn't noticed it, your ears are activated and allow you to perceive the sound of the water, of the wind, you hadn't noticed it either. The fact that you do not see it does not mean that they do not exist, they are there (the sound and the aroma) touching you in a different way, you just have to open your senses and you will perceive them...

This is how we can live our daily lives, only letting ourselves be carried away by what is seen, and many times the most transcendental is hidden from our limited sight.
