In my opinion, you have made a good drawing, clean, well outlined, and there is a good balance of shapes.
For your rose, you chose the two most characteristic colours of this flower, red and green. It's a nice combination.
I think that if you had chosen a slightly harder pencil, the line would have been less noticeable when colouring, although that is not bad.
I see that you mistreated the drawing paper quite a bit in the process, and then you covered it with colours that are not in harmony with your flower, it would have been better without colour.
A tip: the colours don't darken with black or lighten with white, instead it is better to use brown to darken and yellow to lighten.
To avoid harm or spotting in your paper use another one clean, to protege it.
