Hi friends!

We are going to draw a hand in a slightly more complex position using what we have learned from the study and observation of the proportions and relationships between the elements that compose it (palm, fingers, nails, phalanges, knuckles, folds) both from the front view or interior as back or exterior view.
The goal is to make a quick sketch, just to see how to represent the hand in this position.

Vamos a dibujar una mano en una posición un poco más compleja utilizando lo que hemos aprendido del estudio y observación de las proporciones y relaciones entre los elementos que la componen (palma, dedos, uñas, falanges, nudillos, pliegues) tanto del vista frontal o interior como vista trasera o exterior.
El objetivo es hacer un boceto rápido, solo para ver cómo representar la mano en esta posición.

We'll start by drawing the block for the palm considering it as a parallelepiped, represented in perspective.

Comenzaremos dibujando el bloque de la palma considerándolo como un paralelepípedo, representado en perspectiva.

Then, we'll observe the location of the knuckles and knowing that the palm of the hand is divided into four to place the finger (see previous posts related), we will draw the corresponding circles as shown below.

Luego, observaremos la ubicación de los nudillos y sabiendo que la palma de la mano se divide en cuatro para colocar el dedo (ver publicaciones anteriores relacionadas), dibujaremos los círculos correspondientes como se muestra a continuación.

Draw here the fingers as parallelepipeds which are seen in perspective. Don't forget that we are seeing the hand in front of us, so those three fingers that we see are the closest elements so we perceive them as larger and we are also seeing two sides of them, which we will represent as two faces of the cuboids.

Dibuja aquí los dedos como paralelepípedos que se ven en perspectiva. No olvides que estamos viendo la mano frente a nosotros, por lo que esos tres dedos que vemos son los elementos más cercanos, por lo que los percibimos más grandes y también estamos viendo dos lados de ellos, que representaremos como dos caras de los cuboides.

We see the index finger as slightly smaller than the other fingers because it is the furthest from our point of view.
We can also note the three divisions of it and its three knuckles as studied previously.

Vemos el dedo índice ligeramente más pequeño que los otros dedos porque es el más alejado desde nuestro punto de vista.
También podemos notar sus tres divisiones y los tres nudillos como se estudió anteriormente.

Here we complete the next parts of the fingers and draw the thumb using parallelepipeds again.

Aquí completamos las siguientes partes de los dedos y dibujamos el pulgar usando paralelepípedos nuevamente.

Thus we have the schematic representation of the hand that allows us to outline the shape in a more organic way. Look at the knuckles, the nails and all the features that we can see in the hand.
See how the direction of the nails is the same as the direction of the finger. Sometimes we forget that detail and the nails look strange.

Así tenemos la representación esquemática de la mano que nos permite perfilar la forma de una manera más orgánica. Fíjate en los nudillos, las uñas y todas las facciones que podemos ver en la mano.
Vea cómo la dirección de las uñas es la misma que la dirección del dedo. A veces se nos olvida ese detalle y las uñas nos quedan extrañas.

We erase the used helplines, so we finish this study.
