That last photo....what a fantastically quaint looking street, I am in love!!! It really does look like a great place to explore. Also, I think it is wonderful that instead of the locals making a person feel sheepish about not being completely confident in communication, that they rather welcome them and assist with kindness. Things like that are few and far between in this world nowadays.
