Digital image for the day is made according to my own imagination and thoughts (your writing story competition(104)/ THE MOUNTAIN OF THE GUARDIANS.

On a not very high mountain, near my village, there were small monuments in the form of monks, with their robes covering their heads. But what was most striking was that their abdomen was in the shape of a lamp or white vessel, and I was curious about what that lamp or vessel contained. And for more enigma on the side of each one of them, they had a kind of small houses with crystals of the same material that they had in their body.

I had never seen them before, until that day. We wondered what they could be, no one gave us an answer, until an old lady who was in a corner watching when we questioned the villagers, she had heard that many millions of years ago, some beings had arrived from another galaxy, protectors of all living beings that existed in the universe. And at that time it was up to the earth to visit them to help preserve life in the universe, but their disillusionment was so great that they left their mission when they saw that human beings mistreated animals, plants and other people. He thought only of obtaining wealth and being powerful and admired.

They made many future attempts, without success. From there they went to a mountain where they went to a state of rest waiting to be picked up and taken to other planets to continue their work as guardians and preserve lives wherever they are.

But still in a state of rest, at night you can see a strong light emanating from their body, in the hope that man will reflect and change the way he treats the environment, all natural resources and all living beings, including themselves.
