All work should be valued and commented on, that's what the scores are for and if the work was not the best according to your criteria, you can let them know without offending the participant.

For example, our friend @stef1 made a good comment by addressing @marpa in that way, because it was a comment with respect and always making it known that she has talent for the area in which she works which are the gifs.

To evaluate a participant we should not humiliate, offend and belittle anyone.
