People do not want to be restricted and I believe there are some who do not think that this is dangerous virus too

and the irony is that they just wanna act tough when somebody "restricts" them. For example, i saw a bunch of people outside freezing due to the cold but was still outside because they were restricted. The same people if there was no restriction, and a friend told them to go out for a walk would prefer to sit comfortably at their homes, watch movie and eat pizza :P
