I'm rather confused what's more important, burning all rewards or powering up all to be able to self-sustain and manually curate.
I understand the consequences of club100, users leave eventually. But do you think promoting burnsteem100 will keep the users on platform?
If burning is a more promising solution for steem growth then what if you make burnsteem25 mandatory like club5050 along with the daily visit to /promoted?
I might be wrong but I think burnsteem100 would make things stagnant. 🤔

I suggested that you vote only on the posts with good engagement. This will encourage users to work on the quality of their content and build their audience. Small votes on constructive comments was also a good step by you in the past.

I agree fighting back the baddies is very time consuming. Such users will always linger but so do we. We will keep sterlizing this place.
I completely agree with your point of view. Encouraging Powerup and burning up steem is towards a common goal of steemgrowth. However burning all rewards may cause stagnancy,as no rewards will be available to Powerup towards becoming self-sustaining.
Encouraging burnsteem25 with club5050 which is already in use is premium. Encouraging quality comments with upvotes will also boost engagement.

There are already enough "free riders" again. Users whose engagement consists of observing the comments of sc01 very closely instead of participating in constructive discussions. There you could "accidentally" say something that displeases the sc01 ...
Well, let them all do it, may they get their hoped-for advantages. One thing will remain denied to them: The entry into the oasis... ;-)
Hehe...We can't stop "free-riders" unless the necessary changes are made which includes "accepting that sc01 is just a part of community and this sycophancy will only damage the ecosystem".

There is an oasis problem: one of the founders has hit the sack for the time being. But I'm still in good spirits and the opportunity to recover is not going away... 😉
Stop hunting, it's not good for the nerves! And we need rational Steemians who keep a clear head, because we still have a lot of work to do!
