[AVLE] Applying Hover Effect on Menu Buttons

Implemented hovering effect on the main menu.

Hovering in Action

When the mouse hovers on a button, the mouse cursor changes.

Usage of '@' button in Posting

When you click the '@' button in the bottom, your follower/following list appears.
And then you can search a user.

In the editor, you can also type '@' in the editor to mention a user.
