The World of XPILAR - LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #210 - Torres del Paine, Chile
Parque Nacional Torres del Paine in Chilean Patagonia is definitly a hikers paradise. One og the highlights is to see the «Towers of Paine» (Torres del Paine). These are tall, granite towers / pillars more than 2000 meter in hight. They dominates the national park and the Patagonian landscape. To hike to the lake at the foot of the «towers» was also my goal. But I stayed several days and had the oportunityto see what more the national park offers: lakes, forrests, lots of trails, mountains and wildlife.
