The World of XPILAR - LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #140 - Hiking to the top of Pico
The photo was taken an early morning on a hike to the top of Pico (2.351 m.) which is the highest mountain in Portugal. It's located on the island called Pico in the Azores. We are walking in the shadow of the volcanoe. In the background we can se the island of Faial.
