The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #154 - Buenos Aires
The photo was taken in the district called Puerto Madero. This is an area of skyscrapers that houses offices and some hotels. It was once a working harbor with warehouses and cranes for moving goods from and to ships. The sailing ship in the picture is today set up as a museum.
