The structure showed in the photograph looks like an important structure
You are right, the building is the Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology, also called MAAT. The focus of the museum and it's exhibitions is art, architecture and technology. I didn't go inside, as we were there in the late afternoon and just passing on our walk.
