The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #132 - Port Louis
The photo shows part of the capital Port Louis on the island of Mauritius. The cannon belongs to the old fort, Fort Adelaide, which is located on a hill overlooking the city. There are remains of several other old British forts, but I don't think you can get into them.
