The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #089 - Sunrise in the city
This city is Mandalay in Myanmar. But the photo shows the moat that surrounds the older part of the city – the Royal Palace, which is no longer in use as a palace. But Mandalay was once the capital of the country.
