The world inventions; The history and the case of the state budget!
Through many times, there should be an overview over how much goverment is using money of different things, and how these money is financed through taxes and incomes from value creation through the different organizations in question. And some organizations get economic support through the state budget, and we should defend them, and giving them support in the important work they are doing, if they deserved economic support as an entity! And working life is about giving motivation and coordination to the actors involved, and we should love the people we are meeting.
The first Indian Budget was presented by James Wilson (in pic) on February 18, 1869. Wilson, whose designation was Finance Member of the India Council that advised the Indian Viceroy, was also the founder of The Economist and described by Karl Marx as an "economical mandarin of high standing". You are often working with money in the public atmosphere when going for a state budget, and this can be as a Finance Minister, or working in the Finance Department. And much is such as John Maynard Keynes formulated it: «The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money». And we can work with these things through the whole life.
Governors customarily submit proposed budg- ets to their state legislatures in late January or early February. Most commonly, the budget is referred to one committee in each house, usually called the “appropriations” committee.
State budget expenditures cover the activities of the state, which are either given by law or the constitution. The budget in itself does not appropriate funds for government programs,hence need for additional legislative measures.
The state budget is an overview of how the state is getting money, and how these money are used on different private and public affairs. And there is much to be said and to be writen about the state budget, also with having treating many issues about it in the United Nations. And Dag Hammarskjöld from Sweden was educated within these things. He had his education in law and economics from Uppsala University and Stockholm University in the years from 1926 to 1935. He had a doctor degree in economic policy. And the universities are just having their study programs and their research programs to investigate and to develop the human nature in nature. And these things we can dwell with our whole life, and we never get it finished with development and studies in the complete width and depth. And that is about what all the literature from all the angles in the world are treating with giving human dignity, support and empathy about what is going on, and how different things should be understood.
The state budget is the annually compiled estimate (schedule) of a state's forthcoming incomes and expenditures. The essence of any country's state budget is determined by the economic system of the society and the nature and functions of the state. We get the state budget being presented every year in the autumn from the government in the country in question, or in some countries this kind of budget is coming from the National Assembly.
Depending on these estimates, budgets are classified into three categories-balanced budget, surplus budget and deficit budget. Any state budget made by a country in all its history is either esxpansive or contractual. The fiscal policy can be done expansively when there are hard times, low or negative economic growth and high unemployment. On the other hand, the fiscal policy is tighten when there are good times, high economic growth, and so low unemployment that is knocks out in high wage demands and/or in inflation.
