On using and developing the personality just as the personality is; The case of being oneself, and just focusing on getting the best solutions for oneself in the society that is there!

You know, the personality is about what we are thinking and feeling about the life, and what is coming to our minds when doing things, and what is just our philosophy and vision about how we are operating as we are operating, and we are just ourselves with all the kinds of personalities that are coming from the nature and the human nature in the ways that we can be, when being humans, and these things are the same understanding for all humans, including all the researchers in all kinds of ages around the globe where we are. And the humans is a mixture of psychology, sociology and philosophy and these things are how we are operating as being humans, and we just find some variations of all kinds of people when we see and make analysis about what is within the minds of the people, and why and how things are as they are.

So, the history and the stories of the life just as it can be perceived, and just as we have experienced all things that have happened in our lives to any time anywhere, and why things are as they are, and we are here to be within a personality, and this is static and/or dynamic, and the planning about the present and the future is about doing the dynamic flexibility and dynamic instruments about what can be done, and what is sensible for all the people we are experiencing, and we should love all the people we are knowing and still are knowing to any times, and we cannot accept that any things are new unless we are just doing things within the human nature in the nature, and for all kinds of areas we are making suggestions and guessings and assessments, are just about knowing and developing the human nature and the nature, and using the state of art to understand what is going on.

You know, the publications we are finding different places are about concepts, measures and strategies that are coming, being there, developing and leaving the agenda from time to time, and we cannot be more new than we are ourselves, and today, we should know the facts and the fiction and the dreams like the life is, and we should first know the literature, and after that we should go in different traces that is new to the world, and copies and just doing the concepts in the same ways as before, that is not innovation, but it is exnovation!

So, the personality is about what we are, and what we can imagine and doing of imaginations about what is coming to the surface where we are operating as humans, and we can do philosophy in established and in new ways, and we can do the same things as before when being in the world, and sometimes we should use and change our bodies for doing different things and movements when the heart is there, and while we can think and feel with our human brains.

We should work where we are wishing, and we cannot accept all things in the life, when we are here, and we should use ourselves, and give better quality that is ever conceivable with all kinds of tangible and intangible assets, and we are here to do studies on our own, and we can just find the solutions of the life, and doing things that are better for treating the climate changes about what is happening in the nature, and how we can use things even better and stronger and more positive and being more constructive about what is happening. And all things are about planning the uncertainty better and with clever and good documents about how we are organizing things, and how things should be done even more sensible and more clever and wiser about how we are doing things.

Personality is about how we are as humans as it is conceivable to any times, and it is also about how things should be. And we are born in different places, and we are growing up different places, and we determine the choices we are doing while having the freedom and the diversity about what is going on. And you know, the books about personality are just conservative or they are new, and we determine ourselves what we believe about the life, and what should be our beliefs to any times, and believing is something we are doing in the churches, the organizations and in the markets.
