You know, when you just do a working operation that is not paid for, and you do this just to be remembered and admired for forever and ever, when you are having the best attitudes and intentions with your behavior in the world. And we should make things free, and organize our lives in such ways that we are pleased, and we can say something, everything or nothing, and this is the way that many things are happening today!

In the beginning, volunteering was strongly connected to religion and religious institutions. Using of the word 'volunteering', taken from the French language, is first traceable to the 17th century, but started being used in the 18th century when people were willingly joining the military service. And today, in 2022, we are using the idea and the practice of volunteering works in many areas and operations, and the main thing is that people are doing this since they love being together with activities and get not any paid amount for it.

Volunteering is described as an unpaid activity where someone gives their time to help a not-for-profit organisation or an individual who they are not related to.

One of the better-known benefits of volunteering is the impact on the community. Unpaid volunteers are often the glue that holds a community together. Volunteering allows you to connect to your community and make it a better place. However, volunteering is a two-way street, and it can benefit you and your family as much as the cause you choose to help. Dedicating your time as a volunteer helps you make new friends, expand your network, and boost your social skills. So, therefore there are several personal benefits with doing volunteering work, and we should love knowing people, and what we are doing for each other.

How should one be and operate when getting the most out of volunteering work, and being engaged with working unpaid by people, and with people we know from before, or people that we have not met forever before? Well, we should do the following:

• Ask questions. You want to make sure that the experience is right for your skills, your goals, and the time you want to spend. If you have any questions, be sure to speak up. Your volunteer coordinator should be able to answer any queries that you have in re: to the volunteer role that you will be undertaking; i.e. time commitment, if there is any training involved, who will be around to support you if you get stuck/ have any questions etc. so don’t be afraid to ask.

• Make sure you know what’s expected. Before starting, make sure you are comfortable with the organization, know what is expected, and understand the time commitment. Consider starting small so that you don’t over commit yourself at first. Give yourself some flexibility to change your focus if needed.

• Don’t be afraid to make a change. Speak up if your experience isn’t what you expected. Don’t force yourself into a bad fit. Talk to the organization about changing your focus or consider looking for another match.

• Enjoy yourself. Most importantly, make sure you’re having fun! The best volunteer experiences benefit both the volunteer and the organization. If you’re not enjoying yourself, ask yourself why. Is it the tasks you’re performing? The people you’re working with? Or are you uncomfortable simply because the situation is new and familiar? Pinpointing what’s bothering you can help you decide how to proceed.

What kinds of volunteer work are there where we find people; Well, we have different organizations for it, for instance Red Cross. And we can work with volunteer work with the following, and even the creativity can put restrictions on what is doing:

-Volunteering to work with animals.
-Volunteer for a community project.
-Sports volunteering.
-Volunteering in hospitals.
-Green volunteering.

Thanks a lot! Much appreciated, everything will be powered up! 😂👍

Being a volunteer I have gained great friends, and I can see the reality of many people who really need help, you realize that your problems can be minimal with respect to other people, I like people who are volunteers from the heart who do not wait for a photo and say nonsense, I like the volunteer who does and helps progress, I think we can all take time and do something good for this world!

Excellent post friend!

Greetings and Blessings.
