On explaining innovation in all its kinds and faces; What are we really seeing and experiencing as humans while we are here on the blue planet?
Innovation means to be creative, and either to think in new ways, or doing a known thing in strange and new ways. So, life in the firms is either as we have thought it to be, and sometimes people are having different roles in the firm and in the environments, and therefore we are seeing stable and dynamic patterns, and what we are doing should be related to the expectations, and related to how the question of any kinds can be asked, and what are really the answers of all kinds, and which answers are stupid or sensible while we are here?
So, why is innovation a loved and an appreciated subject or issue? Well, it is about changing the behavior, or trying to find new ways of solving established problems and areas! And hence, this has something to do with corporate strategy, and how one is moving from one condition to desired options and conditions, to do things even better off in the present and in the future. And the innovation process is even a subject on Harvard, and we are finding even the expected or new ways of doing the roles we are perceiving, and hence what we are doing can be known or unknown or both of these things while we are here.
So, innovation is about a new product, either a commodity or a service, and we are also thinking about the ways that how the products can be made, and how we are organizing and structuring things, and doing advertising and marketing attempts while we are here. And innovation is about using a discovery, a knowledge in new ways, or just using one idea or more than one idea to solve what we are perceiving as the problems and challenges while we are humans where we are in which countries we are operating from and around.
We have four kinds of innovations; and these are: Product innovation, process innovation, market innovation and organizational innovation. And maybe, we also can find more types of innovations out there in the markets, but the innovation plan and the innovation implementation are about how we should think in better and in new terms about what we are perceiving as being inside and outside the firm while we are there, and we must believe that people are not updated on every problem and every issue, just as how the researchers including me, also have it from day to day. But every day is a new day, and we are framing problems and issues, and learning new things all the days in the life, and that is nice and good with living and working in the life just as we are doing it.
Innovation is about changes and about doing things in new ways with the developments that are necessary to move the organizations just in sensible or positive ways related to what are the problems and the issues to be engaged with. And innovation implies a break with previous practice, and hence we are doing things in better and in more reflected ways that just current knowledges can tell us about.
We are needing the innovation when there are changes in the environments, when there are new requirements from the citizens living and working, and when we should use the resources of human assets, in better and in smarter and in more wise ways that we have ever done before. And hence, innovation is about making the adaptations that are necessary to meet the organization with the market needs that are coming from time to time, and every organization should be structured and led in relation to what is going on, and in relation to what should be in our minds, and how we should think and feel in the organizations and in the markets that we are meeting when we are here. And established knowledges can be right or wrong when we are using creativity to think in either better ways than all the stories and all the histories in the life have told us.
