On setting a new world record on track for 3 000 meters for men; Amazingly new record of Jakob Ingebrigtsen after 28 years with that world record standing alone for so long!

The new world record on track for 3 000 meters for men is 7.17.55! Today, on Sunday 25 August, it was the world record on 3 000 meters that he hunted, and that was in the Diamond League-event in the Polish Chorzów. And that event is great, and it is impressive to beat a world record from 1996, and that world record was 7.20.67, and Jakob Ingebrigtsen has today beaten the world record with more than 3 seconds! Amazing! Who had believed that? He himself had not dreamed about it! So, this was the day when the impossible became possible, and hence we got a new world record on 3 000 meters.

Jakob Ingebrigtsen has been on hunting for running records the last two seasons, and last year he ran in to world record on 2 000 meters, and to the best notification in the world on two English miles, and that is 3 218 meters. And hence, the best runners in the world do not need to come from Africa, although many runners are running fast from these countries on that particular continent.

Hares were used during the race. They are going directly into the speed that they have got message about. This is an extreme speed faster than many other persons on the blue planet, and we do not have to make too many imitations of that, since many people will not succeed, and that is true with many world records through the humanity and the human kinds of all kinds of types. So, you can just try to run on 59 seconds on a round that is 400 meters. And this is high, high speed in seven and a half rounds here, and even the commentators on the TV-screen said that.

With around 1 050 meters again of the race, Jakob Ingebrigtsen took the lead of the running race himself. Kejelcha had to give up with 600 meters to the finish line, while Aregawi in vain tried to come up to Ingebrigtsen. And passing the finish line, the time was 7.17.55, and this was really a wildly world record. Aregawi followed next to Ingebrigtsen in the destination, and he was just a bit after the earlier world record with the time 7.21.28. After the race, the honor came quickly from the competitors to Ingebrigtsen. And the running race to Jakob was really fantastic! He went directed out in the right speed, and he did all the hard work when the hares had finished their efforts. He deserved to win and to take that world record, and there is a guy meaning just that, and he is Stewart McSweyn from Australia.

We should go where we are qualified, and we should always select the best schools in the world on the world ranking of all kinds of factors and variables coming studies from India and China. And Jakob Ingebrigtsen recently showed the world that the shape is good after the Summer Olympics in Paris, where he was number four on 1 500 meters, and he took the gold medal on 5 000 meters, when he ran in to the event-record on 1 500 meters in Lausanne on Thursday 22 August. And on Sunday 25 August, it was about record speed again, in a running race where strong runners such as Yomif Kejelcha and Grant Fisher were on the start line.

Ingebrigtsen really met these two guys on 3 000 meters in the Diamond League-finishing in Eugene last year, and where Jakob Ingebrigtsen just kept away for Kejelcha, and he won with the time 7.23.53, and that was actually the European record on the distance before beating that record today with a new world record, and we are thinking and feeling and using our head.

So, we hope and believe that Jakob can do even more on the track, and maybe he can improve the world record on 5 000 meters, and maybe on the 10 000 meters, and perhaps the world record on 1 500 meters will be the most challenging record to take, but Jakob has a possibility of doing that, but to do that, he must not stiffen at the end of the race, and there are enough possibilities for setting world records, and we must know what we are doing where and when we are trying to do something that is really new in the world! But Norway – the way in north – and other countries are giving their congratulations to Jakob today, and maybe this is just the tip of the iceberg, and that has just appeared now, and there will be more new world records to set or to put in the future to come!
