Choc Mousse and Vanilla Ice Cream

We enjoyed this chocolate mousse dessert while being entertained for lunch.
I was very impressed with the way this mousse was presented, on the serving plate.

A work of art, I would say. Especially the sugar creation adorning the ice cream
