Aquaman's Flip-Flop. Art Created by Nature (PowerUp 100%)
Storms throw out curious things. I was lucky to find this item at the beach of Danang, Vietnam in November 2018: a flip-flop covered with living seashells. Probably, Aquaman, this hairy muscular Momoa guy, lost it. ;)
This a #steemexclusive entry for Photo of the week #31 | The shoes edition by @mister-omortson.
Camera: Nikon D750 | Lens: 85mm f/1.8G
Aperture: f/8.0 | Shutter Speed: 1/250 | ISO: 200
It was a sunny day with the clear sky and moderate gusts of wind along the beach, perpendicular to waves... The storm was only in the sea.
A cyclone was playing its atmospheric games in a remote part of the Southern China Sea, probably hundreds of kilometres away. Too far. No rain, no wind, no even a cloud could reach Danang City, only waves were rolling on the sea searching for a barrier for splashing out their energy.
This is my 6th day of "14 days of DIVING" managed by @bambuka. This is a 50/50 post but I commit myself to transfer SBD to SP. According to the rules mentioned here.
Thank you for reading!
Excelente amigo @datych, me encanto tu post. Saludos

HAH! Good find. It is interesting how nature will do its best to overcome our garbage. I hope that we will all have the opportunity to travel again soon.
So do I. :)
I like the second photo with the city above the waves :)
There is symbolism in it
:) What symbolism?
(: I don’t know how to put it into words. There can be several associations here. Risen from the foam, the sea mirage, the struggle and unity of the elements and so on. Everyone can see something of their own
Yes, considering this is 67-metre tall Lady Buddha (Guanyin) in the distance... So an embodiment of death (merciless nature in shape of waves) meets embodiment of compassion (humanity, mother, mercy). And this is not coincidence because fishing is an important industry in this area.
:) So the practical and the symbolic comes together.
Probably, I must create a NFT of it and sell it for one million ... dongs (Vietnamese money). Which is, by the way, 50 US dollar.
;)
[-:) why not
