I do not know this recipe, but it looks tasty. I do not cook many things with peppers because my husband is so finnicky about food. I want to strangle him sometimes. Hee!

I am going to make some pepper jelly today, so stay tuned. My husband will not eat it, but it will be preserved so I can serve it to guests.
