A Minute in an Irrational World.
A Minute in an Irrational World.
When people talk about something irrational, some science fiction story about a utopian world comes to mind. Sheckley and Bradbury loved to write something similar, except Sheckley was more of a laughingstock, while Bradbury wanted us to take everything seriously. LOL.
But, in any case, while reading their works, certain images would form in my head, and it all seemed completely unreal, like it was impossible, impossible to find yourself in an irrational world!
But no, even while strolling along the shore of a lake, you can find yourself there. It's quite possible, yes, a true fantasy.
What does a duck have to do with it?
It's simple: in the wild, what's irrational to humans is rational, and vice versa.
If you decide to keep ducks for meat production, you'll learn that it's irrational to feed a duck for more than fifty days, as it continues to consume food but stops gaining weight rapidly each day of its life, a significant loss for the farmer.
Wildlife, however, is unaware of rationality; it feeds all who are part of it without regard for expediency.
