It was a very unusual morning today. On the one hand, you will not surprise anyone with the white color of snow in Russia. We are used to snow and frost in winter. True, lately winters have not spoiled us with snow. But not this winter. But this morning, in addition to snow, winter has added even more white colors. The branches of the trees were covered with a layer of frost. At night, temperatures dropped markedly and the relative humidity passed the dew point. Perhaps there was fog at night, but I did not see it.

Сегодня было очень необычное утро. С одной стороны , белым цветом снега в России никого не удивишь. Мы привыкли, что зимой должен быть снег и мороз. Правда в последнее время зимы не баловали нас снегом. Но не эта зима. Но сегодня утром помимо снега зима добавила ещё больше белых красок. Ветки деревьев покрылись слоем инея. Ночью температура заметно упала и относительная влажность прошла точку росы. Возможно ночью был туман, но я этого не видел.

The wife was going to work, and the granddaughters remained in the house. They are on vacation now and they live with us. All pictures were taken 10 meters from the door of my house. This is the north side and there has been no sun yet. Well, well, what are they rich in ...

У меня было всего 15 минут, чтобы одеться, спуститься с камерой с восьмого этажа и сделать несколько снимков. Спешка мешает фотографу, но у меня не было выбора. Жена уходила на работу, а в доме оставались внучки. У них сейчас каникулы и они живут с нами. Все снимки сделаны в 10 метрах от двери моего дома. Это северная сторона и солнца тут пока не было Ну, что же, чем богаты...

Already during the processing of photographs, I realized that white on white ... in general, for such a shooting you need to take some kind of colored background with you. For example, sheets of colored cardboard. Of course, I didn't have them. Had to play a bit with white balance and color toning.

Уже при обработке фотографий я понял, что белое на белом... в общем, для такой съёмки надо брать с собой какой-то цветной фон. Например, листы цветного картона. Их у меня, конечно, не было. Пришлось немного поиграть с балансом белого и цветным тонированием.

I will not say that all the photos are successful. But some moments still turned out.

Не скажу, что все фотографии удачные. Но отдельные моменты всё же получились.

More than half of the frames ended up in the trash can. This is the price of haste. But I still managed to catch this morning. The day is sunny today and maybe this frost will soon just melt.

Больше половины кадров попало в корзину для мусора. Такова цена спешки. Но я всё-таки застал это утро. День сегодня солнечный и возможно этот иней скоро просто растает.

And this is what I saw through the window and the place where I danced with the camera. Maybe I'll get lucky today ...

А это то, что я увидел в окно и то место, где я исполнял танец с камерой. Может мне ещё сегодня повезёт...
