I am going to look for the plain variety. I have lots of land that needs ground cover and this plant grows very well here. Ha ha all the Russian plants grow so well here! I need to research more types of plants from Siberia to see what I may incorporate into my garden.
Canada and Russia are in the same latitudes. There are a lot of similarities in vegetation and fauna :)
Yes, there are lots of similarities, but not all the flora and fauna is the same. Some stuff from Russia becomes invasive here and I assume that it is the same with Canadian plants in Russia. Do you know of any bad plants that have come from Canada?
I am not fond of plants, but I can assume that some may behave aggressively in a new environment.
