Unfortunately...nothing new, theft continues to flourish and mean people do not become less. Everything is like in real life.
It may be a good idea to have your accounts under the same name on each of the STEEM sites. At the very least, this will prevent name theft. Although the content can be stolen and published under a different nickname. This is a problem and it's good that you're tracking down these thieves, thank you very much for your work.
Yes, that is only the way to try to make the life of frauds difficult. It is good if such cases detected early and stopped. I have a feeling recently someone intentionally choosing the members of WOX, especially who are doing Visual art but also I have suspicion that this might be the same person all the time.

If possible, then it is possible to create a thief tracking bot. This would prevent relapses.
WOX is handy for thieves. There is something here that can be "sold." Visual art is always and everywhere in demand.
