RE: What's for dinner?
Many people who experiment with diets actually put their health at risk. The body needs, first of all, a balanced diet, and all sorts of fashionable options ... it is not in vain that a person has incisors, canines and chewing teeth :-))
There is this documentary on Netflix about dieting for weightloss and health. I shut it off immediately after they insisted that one could get their daily fat requirement from green leafy vegetables.
It reminds me of those mothers who wont feed their children carrots because they have sugar in them.
But I wonder ... what type of food do vegetarians classify insects as? :-))
Whether they like it or not, some of the insects get into their stomach with greens :)
The natives of southern countries understand a lot about insect meat))
Haha! Yes, a lot of insects die from large scale vegetable production. I suppose that organic farming reduces these deaths, but so far, organic farming does not produce enough food to go around for everyone.
I have a friend in Mexico that loves roasted crickets. Blech is all I can say.
You have to live according to your nature and not come up with all sorts of fashionable tricks :)
