This church is located at the very beginning of Bolshoy Prospect of Vasilievsky Island in St. Petersburg. A very neat and beautiful structure. There is modesty and greatness in him. In order to better see these classic shapes, I remove the colors. Color sometimes draws attention and distracts from the essence of things. Moreover, it was evening sunlight.

It looks like these two guys are looking at the same thing. I didn’t have time to see what they saw so interesting. My eyes were busy filming.

The shadows created their own mysterious pattern. Maybe they were encrypted characters. Some kind of message to the townspeople.

Photographers usually don't like harsh sunlight, for my luck the sun dimmed its rays a little. However, in the backlight there was quite a lot of it. It took a lot of magic over post-processing to get something recognizable.
