For many years, a piece of a tree trunk ceased to be alive. He was rocked by the waves of the Baltic Sea, rubbed against the sand, thrown ashore and taken back to them. One day I did find him, wet and cold. He brought the poor man home, warmed and dried. The wood turned out to be solid, and the remnants of the bark and a hole in the middle of the trunk decided its fate.I made a vase for dried flowers and depicted a sleeping Valkyrie on its side.
Много лет кусок ствола дерева перестал быть живым. Его качали волны Балтийского моря, тёрли о песок, выбрасывали на берег и вновь забирали к себе. Однажды я всё-таки нашёл его, мокрым и холодным. Принёс беднягу домой, обогрел и просушил. Древесина оказалась твёрдой, а остатки коры и отверстие в середине ствола решили её судьбу. Я сделал вазу для сухоцвета и изобразил на её боку спящую Валькирию.
