My option!Photo contest: post processing #10 (#club100)

in WORLD OF XPILAR2 years ago

Hello friends!!!
Today I have prepared my photo work for the contest, which is conducted by : @bambuka , and he loves various unusual experiments with photos.
As a basis, it was possible to take a photo that was offered by the organizers of the contest.
And I decided to change this photo a little using my digital works, which I created with the help of neural networks.

So, I took the suggested photo:

I placed one in the window. This is a view of the ancient Roman ruins

I placed the second drawing in the form of mysterious Kabbalistic symbols on top of the main photo. At the same time, I reduced the transparency and used an overlay in the "screen" mode in Photoshop

As a result, I got a completely new image, which I am sending to the contest: https://steemit.com/hive-185836/@bambuka/photo-contest-post-processing-10

Very nice.
I would the take the circles (which are in front of us) an squeeze them a bit from the sides (just a tiny bit to make them a bit like an ellipse, meaning height is a bit longer than width), since the wall is tilted and therefore, they should be foreshortened.
(For the true direction of foreshortening, you can use the 2 lines of the depth of the window and find the vanishing point that determines the minor axis for the ellipse).
Anyway, don't mind me and my fetish for perspective :o)

Regarding the ancient Roman ruins, is that a painting? It is breathtaking!

Yes, I completely agree with you about the prospect. But when I saw it myself, the photo was already posted here in the community. Here, I was in a hurry and did not take into account all the nuances)) I will be more attentive in the next similar contests)

Sometimes, the little details are important. Great composition, though.

Congratulations!

I agree in Ranartblog, ellipses would look more organic (now the planes don't match), but I liked the idea of putting ancient symbols on the old wall. Good idea :)

Be careful with the symbols, they can not just help, but also harm too... although this one is more like art :)

Congratulations!

Thanks for stopping by and support @sduttaskitchen :-)

Great composition! Do we know something about the meaning of the symbols? Could be interesting and open a new kind of view on the artwork ;-))

Thanks for the feedback) These symbols are abstract and any coincidence with real ancient magic signs here may be accidental.

Congratulations!

Thank you sincerely!

Very interesting. The use of images of Roman ruins and cabalistic symbols should not be something very common in a photo editing process, but it looks really extraordinary.

Yes, I tried to make an unusual collage in which every viewer can see their own meaning.
