I like this idea: people creating their audience.

People creating their own audience by regularly publishing quality posts on a chosen area or field will create more traffic on their blog/ page and encourage better engagement. This will encourage steemgrowth . Hence , quality posts and quality comments will be the order of the day.

All users, both authors and commenters will be happy engaging and receiving good upvotes.

It doesn't necessarily have to be creating a community again, there are several communities to pick for your centered publications in order to attract people who will love reading their publications.

An initiative can be created around here.... If I come up with one, I could share.
