Starting today with an unhealthy body is really not fun because my body feels tired from my activities a week ago, yes, it's true, a week ago I was busy preparing for various matches and competitions between classes and schools in order to celebrate the independence day of our country, the Republic of Indonesia, this fatigue is felt new today but I have to keep doing my activities as usual, namely going to work on time like yesterday even though I'm not feeling well

This morning I woke up as usual then prepared to go to work again, as soon as I arrived at work I would go to the canteen for a while for breakfast, after finishing breakfast I went straight to the office and prepared for today's morning activities before studying, namely morning exercise as usual, if on Tuesday morning the activities at school are morning exercise, then the bell rang and the students immediately gathered in the school yard to prepare for morning exercise on Monday morning, this aims to keep the students fresh after finishing morning exercise, the students immediately went into their respective classes to carry out the teaching and learning process, my teaching schedule today is in class 6 until break time, exactly at 10.20 Western Indonesian time after finishing teaching I went straight home to rest considering my body is not feeling well so I need rest for me
