1. A two-inch white background photo of the applicant

The photo must have a white background and the size should be the same as that of the passport photo. It must be a recent photo taken within the last 6 months. Color-changing lenses (color contact lenses, etc.) cannot be worn. The following figure shows the detailed requirements for the photo.

1. Copy of passport and ID card, and copy of household registration book

①Old passport (passport number starting with G, please make sure that the signature of the applicant is on the last page)

1. Round-trip ticket order in English or Italian

Must provide a three-way transportation booking form for leaving China, entering Italy and leaving the Schengen country (or Italy) (such as air tickets, trains, cruise bookings)

Reminder: Applicants whose first entry country is another Schengen country must provide a booking form for transportation into Italy.

1. The hotel order for each night of the entire itinerary (must be in English or Italian)

Please note the following:

①The hotel order must be in English or Italian. If the hotel is booked through a third-party website, it is best to print out the URL link. If the booking is made directly from the hotel, a confirmation letter with the hotel stamp and the signature of the person in charge must be provided.

②The applicant's name must be displayed on the order. If the occupant writes the name of the companion on the hotel booking, and the companion submits the application at the same time as the applicant, the order must also indicate the number of people that the room can accommodate (one bed per person should be guaranteed); if the companion does not When submitting a visa application at the same time, in addition to the above documents, a copy of the passport of the companion must be provided.

If there is a cruise ship in the itinerary, the cruise ship itinerary must be provided, and the country or sea area that it passes through each day.

Reminder: Please check the name, hotel address, phone number and other information on the hotel reservation every night. The order must be consistent with the itinerary and air ticket.

1. English itinerary

①Indicate the date, place and mode of transportation (for example, self-driving vehicles must provide an international driver’s license, car rental contract, etc.)

②If there is a cruise ship in the itinerary, the cruise ship itinerary must be provided, and the country or sea area that it passes through daily should be indicated.

1. Proof of funds for temporary residence

①The current bank bills of the current account in the last three months under the applicant's name, and the last transaction amount must be at least 15 days before submitting the application. Students can provide current bank bills of current accounts in the last three months under their parents.

②Time deposits, credit card bills, etc. can only be used as auxiliary materials

③It is recommended that the balance be above five digits

Applicants who are students must provide the following documents:
